Program Description
United Cabinet provides SMS and MMS messaging services to communicate with customers regarding appointment reminders, order updates, special promotions, and other relevant information.

Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode or phone number you receive messages from. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions
To rejoin the messaging program, sign up again using the same process you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Help Instructions
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for assistance, or contact us directly at [email protected] or call (910) 890-5330.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
